What each person believes is the origin of human existence has been a controversial issue for nearly as many years as scientists, theologians, and alien enthusiasts have been established. The idea of human evolvement can be classified into three theories: Darwinism, creation, or alienisms. Where do we come from?
In order to understand our beliefs, we must realize that all our presumptions are based on theory only. Theory can be described as a general principle or explanation of presumed fact and offered opinion, which may or may not possibly of positively true.
In the United States, laws have been passed several different ways constituting whether Darwin's theory of "survival of the fittest" can be taught in schools, versus religious belief of Divine creation. From 1920 to 1986 the argument continues in the courtroom, and many, many books have been written debating the issue.
Let us look at the three theories in depth. The evolutionist theory made known by Charles Darwin, states that humans came from his theory 'survival of the fittest.' Charles Darwin based his theory on individual chances that determined the fate of the species. 'Charles Darwin as we recall based his explanation of natural selection among individuals with equal chances of survival upon the following principles. The phenomenon of species change results from the fact that in each generation those individuals are chosen or selected out whose physical equipment and behavioral potential best correspond both to the risks and possibilities of their environment.'(1) Darwin sailed for five years collecting information to support the lucid study. After obtaining a variety of books and videos on this controversial issue, I stand in awe wondering if Darwin's theory was magnified after his return, writing of The Origin of Species. I make this conclusion by psychological intuition of a statement Charles Darwin wrote at the end of the introduction of his book. 'I am convinced that natural selection has been the main but not the exclusive means of modification.'(2) Could Darwin's conscience have been troubled? An interesting fact was revealed about Darwin while researching this paper. Darwin graduated from a Bible college in 1830 with a degree in theology. When boarding the SS Beagle, after five years of unsuccessful attempts in finding a job, he had two books with him. One of these books was the Bible, and the other a copy of the atheist, Charles Lyles' book, The Principles of Geology. Upon Darwin's return, he lost faith in scripture and became an atheist himself. A special note, many tell that Darwin repented on his deathbed and within the last 20 years, Darwin's name has been reinstated in the religious conviction.
The evolutionists and biology books agree that humans evolved from apes. "In 1874 anthropologist Dan Johanson went to the remote Afar Desert of Ethiopia in search for early human fossils. He found the most complete, best-preserved skeleton of a pre-human hominoid ever. Nicknamed "Lucy" the skeleton was 40% complete and over 3 million years old '"(3)
Theologians would begin to answer this question of evolution and the theory of the million years of earth age by saying, "Were you there, millions of years ago?" They further describe the evolution theory as circular reasoning. Evolutionists date layers of the earth by the fossils they find and date the fossils by the number of layers of the earth. They also depict evolutionists as having two strategies. Microevolution is the study of observable variation (i.e. Dogs produce dogs over time). Macroevolution is the study of unequateable variation (i.e. Dogs and plants come from the same origin).
